			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I used to have this crazy idea of joining the reality show ‘Survivor’ because I know that is where I will be able to <strong>lose weight fast</strong>. But then I realized that it’s ridiculous to join the show and undergo all the hardships of living in the jungle or any remote area for more than a month just to eliminate unwanted fat in my body. So the question still remains. How then will I lose weight fast?</p>
<p>I got this idea because during the start of each season, contestants who start out as “a little on the heavy side” end up several pounds thinner at the end of the season, becoming slimmer and sexier. It would not be easy of course, but imagine if you can have your desired body weight in a month’s time or less. The show really inspired me to <em>lose weight fast</em>.</p>
<p>If we are to bring that example in real life, the key on how to lose weight fast is simple: more physical activity and less food.</p>
<p><strong>Increased physical activity</strong></p>
<p>They say that exercise is the key to weight loss, and I couldn’t agree more. Increasing your physical activity will make you burn more body fat. Just imagine ice melting near a candle. This is also the same effect when we move more. Because of our movement, excess energy is burned, and is prevented from turning into fat. Engage in physical activities like dancing, swimming, biking, running, etc. You can also play basketball or join marathons, or any sport that will make your heart race faster. You can also join a gym and do weightlifting. These things can make you sweat and if you do them regularly, not only would it burn fat and make you lose weight fast, it could also make you stronger and healthier.</p>
<p><strong>Less food</strong></p>
<p>Now don’t be tempted to copy what they do in “Survivor” and start eating bugs only. Yes, you will definitely lose weight fast this way, but you could also die from starvation. You still have to eat and you also have to be also aware of how much you eat. An average individual needs at least 2000 calories in a day. Eating more than that can make you store body fat if you do not have an exercise routine incorporated into your lifestyle. It is not easy to do strict dieting especially if you are so used to eating a lot. Do it gradually and try to avoid foods that are salty, sweet and oily.</p>
<p>So in order to lose weight fast, you don’t have to join any reality shows and starve yourself to death. Just remember the basic principle behind it: more movement and less food. This is the key on how to lose weight fast.</p>
