<p>First of all, losing weight requires strong resolve. Once you have committed to the idea that you need to lose weight, you have to find the ideal diet for your body type, and one that won’t require you at any point to eat much less than your body is comfortable with. <p>If your schedule permits it, try to develop an exercise routine that you can incorporate into your daily routine. But if you don’t have the luxury of time, you can do some simple exercises like walking to the mall, to the parking area or limbering up behind your desk in your office.</p>
